Hanging System for PVC Strip Curtains

1)Brief Introduction
We mainly supply 2 types hanging system for pvc strip curtains—standard and european tpye. This type hardward is most popular type of hanging system. The stainless steel hanging rails are fixed onto the underside or facing side of the door frame/ beam support. We recommend this system for light industrial applications where there is manual pallet movement & occasional fork lift trucks traffic etc.

3)Thickness: 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm

4)One set of assembly fixing for pvc door curtains include:
* Choice 1: 1 meter rail, 10 sets clamps and screws (be applicable for 150mm wide PVC strip)
* Choice 2: 1 meter rial, 7 sets clamps and screws (be applicable for 200mm wide PVC strip)
* Choice 3: 1 meter rial, 5 sets clamps and screws (be applicable for 300mm wide PVC strip)
* Choice 4: 1 meter rial, 3 sets clamps and screws (be applicable for 400mm wide PVC strip)

5)How to install the PVC strip curtain?
Step 1) Cutting
Measure the size of door and cut the PVC strip curtain accordingly. Make sure the angle is 90 degree; Be carful with the cutter

Step 2) Punch hole
a) Pushing holes in one side of PVC strip curtain
b) 200mm width door curtain need 3 holes
c) 300mm width door curtain need 4 holes

Step 3) Install holders
a) Butt holders to the PVC strip with Screw.
b) Make sure the angle between strip and holders is 90 degree

Step 4) Install hangers
a) Choice the best tool to punch hole according to the material of wall
b) If the hangers need to cut for special use, make sure you have remove the flash before
